Hello! Thanks for being a guest at our show! We really appreciate you joining us.

We've put together some info about how the shows work as well as helpful tips to make this a good experience for everyone. Please read through and get in touch before the show if you have any questions or concerns.

Undertow Shows are intimate events hosted by fans in private spaces. We've helped artists play in many rad environments - such as: living rooms, lofts, recording studios, coffee shops, museums, yoga studios, bike shops, churches, indoor skate parks, and more. Each show is completely unique and we try to find the most accommodating spaces for the artist and their fans. Things we always try to consider when choosing show locations: acoustics of the room, accessibility, available seating, and proximity to parking and public transportation.

Tickets:
No paper tickets will be sent. A link to download a PDF ticket will be on the confirmation page after your transaction is complete. You'll also get an automated email with info on how to access your tickets. Please double check the accuracy of your email address before your purchase. We need the correct email address to deliver tickets to you. You'll have access to download your tickets anytime before the show by visiting the download link in your order confirmation email.

Admission:
Bring your PDF ticket to the show (printed or on your phone). Your PDF ticket includes the address, parking info, and other details. Please don't share this info with anyone outside of the people you are bringing to the show. In addition, your name will be on the guest list at the door. All tickets will be listed under the purchaser’s name. Groups of two or more must arrive with the purchaser (example: Jeff Lebowski +3). You just need to bring one copy of your ticket for everyone in your group. No one will be allowed to enter unless they have purchased tickets through Undertow and their name is on the guest list. No additional tickets will be sold at the door.

Show Time:
Arrival time and show time will be on your ticket. It varies for each show.

Seating:
Most shows are general admission floor seating. We'll mention on each ticket what kind of seating is available and if you should bring a pillow or cushion to sit on the floor.

Audio/Video:
Please, no audio or video recording of the show. Non-flash photography is okay if done discreetly and with respect for the performance and other guests. Constant use of cameras, phones, etc... can be very distracting. So please use your best judgement. Thanks for helping us make the show a good experience for everyone!

Age Requirements:
Undertow Shows are ”All-Ages” unless otherwise stated on the show's ticketing page. We love kids! And we love parents who want their kids to experience live music. So yes, it’s cool to bring your kid to a show. All we ask is that restless kids be taken outside until they settle down - we don’t want to interrupt the show or disturb other guests. Kids 12 and up must have their own ticket. Kids 11 and under don’t need a ticket - but do need to be accompanied by a guardian.

Mask Policy (updated January 31, 2023)
Undertow is still encouraging COVID-19 safety precautions at shows. The mask policy is dependent on the host and artist preference for each show. Please check the individual show page for the policy for the show you attending. The policy for each show will also be specified on your ticket.

+ Masks encouraged shows:
Masks are not required during the performance, however - they are strongly encouraged.
+ Masks required shows:
Guests are asked, by the artist and host, to wear a well-fitting mask during the performance.

Guests experiencing fever, cough, or other respiratory symptoms are asked to stay home. Due to the limited number of tickets available for each show, all sales are final, no refunds will be issued due to illness.

Though not required to attend a show, Undertow HIGHLY encourages all eligible patrons to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

Thanks for understanding and helping us make these shows as safe as possible for all guests, hosts and performers.

! IMPORTANT !

These are intimate acoustic performances being hosted in a private space. It's not a party. Be respectful of the performance, the hosts, their home and the neighbors as you come and go. By purchasing tickets you understand and agree that you attend a living room show at your own risk. You will be responsible for yourself and your own safety at-all-times. The performers, hosts, homeowners, Undertow, and other guests at the show will not be responsible for any injury or loss resulting from your attendance or any activities before, during or after the show. Please help us make this a good and positive experience for everyone so we can continue to do shows like this.

Thanks again for making these shows possible and supporting artists in a real and meaningful way.
